BBC-Radio has this interview of the lawyer who is managing Gulf Oil spill fund of 20 billion USD, for BP.


I loved hearing this lawyer, he's so clear with the choice of his words (which is how a good lawyer should be).The lawyer doesn't instantly negate what the interviewer asks, yet proves him wrong. Amazing!

I find these charges totally silly. There is no way Air India will make profit if it wants to – they just don’t know what “profit” is.
