"Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen has requested US President Barack Obama to hold a new investigation into the 9/11 attacks as he believes them to be staged by the Bush government."
On a similar note have a laugh watching the below video :
The problem is, you cannot stop people from thinking ridiculous things. Attempting to suppress people saying ridiculous things adds to the credibility of the absurd After all,if people care enough to suppress speech about something, there must be something to that speech, right?
Also, the claim that the Bush administration was behind 9/11 as a way to get the country united behind its initiatives of redistributing wealth to the rich and grabbing Iraq's oil is not on its face absurd. It just assumes that the Bush administration was highly competent and willing to use "Reichstag Fire" techniques to gain the power to push their agenda.
Now, I look at the way the Iraq situation was handled and the response to Hurricane Katrina and think that the Bush administration couldn't even pass Administration 1. Since the Bush administration's general administrative performance seems more reminiscent of Czarist Russia than Nazi Germany, it strikes me as unlikely that the Bush administration could actually manipulate AQ to do anything.
But that is just me. Something like what Charlie Sheen is alleging actually happened in history, namely the Reichstag fire:

So I don't dismiss Charlie Sheen's idea as proof that he is an idiot.
I feel one still should have freedom of speech. Or else we will ONLY have freedom of speech for people who claim some Indians need to learn some particular languages to reside, work or buy property in some parts of their country. And also for those who declare that computers cause unemployment, western music causes loss of moral values and Valentine's Day is a useful for beating up young couples.

Who cares to suppress it?Infact I used the tag 'Humour'. I am just ridiculing it. Since we are on the topic, 'propaganda' was often used in history to ridicule the best of ideas. This isn't my propaganda though. :)
Thanks for the 'Reichstag_fire' link.Infact many believe Indira Gandhi used emergency as means to keep her power, many believe that the nuclear test by Vajpayee government in India was to keep the power.

Iraq wasn't the result of 9/11. Afghanistan was! Iraq was the result of his search and destruction of 'WMD - Weapons of mass destruction'.
